Description

Branko Vidović was born in 1947 in Sisak. Painting from 1973, mostly motifs from city life; he paints the world on the street, vagabonds, porters, idlers, bar guests... He uses masterfully made drawings as a basis for future works. With broad strokes, he conquers space, with a combination of colors he evokes dynamism, and with his choice of motifs he is classified as a painter of social themes whose works are equally adorned with a sense of humor and humanity.
